Cancellation Policy

Chill Out Shaved Ice prepares for days, and at times weeks, in advance for events. With that being said, the following event cancellation policy will be enforced going forward. If cancelled prior to 7 days before scheduled event, your deposit will be refunded as store credit towards your next event. If cancelled less than 7 days prior to your scheduled event your deposit is non-refundable. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
